You may have heard about it, read about it and may have even seen it on TV. Now it’s your opportunity to join the Illowa Irregulars at our annual New Shooters Cowboy Action Shooting Clinic to introduce and encourage the family sport of Cowboy Action and Wild Bunch Shooting in the Quad Cities region.
The clinic will be held at the Milan Rifle Club, 9221 51st St W, Milan, Illinois. Meet in the upper parking lot just inside the entrance gate between 12:45 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
The Clinic Will Cover Range and Gun Safety, Firearms and Equipment, Shooting Matches and how they are conducted, and Shooting Techniques for single-action Pistols, lever-action Rifles, and Shotguns. Wild Bunch instruction will cover techniques for 1911 semi-automatic pistols used in Wild Bunch matches.
General Information –
· Eye and Ear protection is required for all shooters and spectators but is NOT provided by the club.
· There is NO FEE for the course.
· All Guns and Ammunition are provided by Illowa Irregulars Club Members.
· Water will be provided. Bring own food/snacks if desired.
