There’s a lot going on this week at the range. Here’s an update:
Tuesday Night Practice: We WILL HOLD our regularly Tuesday night practice at 5:30 p.m. tomorrow evening, October 10 as planned. There are previous few practices left this year. Get it while the getting is good.
Friday Night Setup: We will set up for Sunday’s, October 15th’s Cowboy at 5:00 p.m. Friday night October 13 instead of Saturday morning. We will also be serving bratwursts as a reward to those who come out and help. Also, if you are an MRC member and have put your volunteer hours in this year, bring your MRC card.
Saturday, October 14 Buffalo Shoot: We are having our second and final Buffalo Shoot of the year Saturday morning. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m.
Sunday, October 15 Cowboy Match: RT has put together a match you won’t want to miss. He describes it as being along the lines of an “old time novelty shoot,” and definitely NOT a run and gun match. Shooters can expect to see the Medusa, the Texas Star shotgun target, beer can throwers, pistol and rifle knockdowns and more. One stage will be a shotgun-only stage.
